AC trouble doesn't always have to require a call to an Air Conditioning Technician.
You can often correct the problem yourself. It's not uncommon for an AC Tech to receive an "AC not cooling" service call, only to find the air flow to the condenser is partially or completely obstructed. The customer pays $75 - $100 for a job they could have easily done.
